Breakfast is served daily in the Entre Terre & Mer restaurant between 8 and 10 am.
The terrace of this restaurant is located between the marshes and the swimming pool; in the morning, breakfast is served in the restaurant, on the patio or in the sunshine outside.
Breakfast for adults: 21 € / Breakfast for children (4-12 years): 10 €.

Facing the marshes & overlooking the swimming pool, our semi-gastronomic restaurant Le Pont des Bannes welcomes you for a moment of tasting and relaxation. Discover typical & tasty dishes, prepared with care by our Chef for lunch and dinner.
Every Friday spend a Gispy Flamenco evening in the Camargue. Gypsi evening or Package including aperitif, dinner (excluding drinks) with musical atmosphere, night in Cabane de Gardian, buffet breakfast.
The restaurant - Saintes Maries de La Mer - has two semi-private rooms: "Le salon Saladelle" ideal for your family lunch/dinner (up to 12 people) and the "salon Tamaris" (up to 20 people). The restaurant is open for dinner from 7pm to 9:30pm (last order taken)
Chef Bastien Roscigni

On January 1st, 2018, Bastien ROSCIGNI, took over the kitchens of the Auberge Cavalière du Pont des Bannes. A new menu, new products and great promises… French chef born in 1988, fell in love with the Camargue it is quite naturally that Bastien ROSCIGNI chooses to put his suitcases and his know-how in this Region in search of new challenges. After completing his studies at the Lycée des métiers de la Restauration in Gap (his native town), he improved his skills in pastry making and completed his apprenticeship on his own.
This young epicurean chef likes to combine tradition, originality and modernity on his plate, developing his culinary sensitivity by working with regional products such as bull, sand vegetables and red rice IGP de Camargue.Bastien ROSCIGNI, a promising chef, is looking forward to sharing with you his love of French cuisine.
Bar Le Ragondin
Located in the heart of the resort, the large cabane hosts the reception & the bar Le Ragondin.
Our bar is open all year round from 10am to 11pm and houses a billiard table (extra charge). Enjoy the shaded terrace of our bar/restaurant "Le Ragondin" & taste our Chef's menu during your lunch Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00.
